The Ad-Express and Daily Iowegian has been serving Appanoose County since 1864. Located in Centerville, Iowa our daily paper is printed on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and has a circulation of over 3,100 printed copies while our Wednesday shopper has a circulation of over 14,000. We cover all or parts of Appanoose, Wayne and Putnam counties including the city of Centerville and surrounding communities. We are a community oriented newspaper that caters to the surrounding communities. We care about our community and the people.

POLICIES



Omissions and Errors: The publisher shall not be liable for slight changes or typographical errors that do not lessen the value of an advertisement. The publisher's liability for other errors or omissions in connection with an advertisement is strictly limited to publication of the advertisement in any subsequent issue or the refund of any moneys paid for the advertisement.



Indemnification: The advertiser and/or advertising agency agrees to defend and indemnify the publisher against any and all liability, loss or expenses arising from claims of libel, unfair competition, unfair trade practices, infringement of trademarks, copyrights, trade names, patents or proprietary rights or violation of rights of privacy resulting from the publication of the advertiser's advertisement.



Payment: All accounts for advertising bought each month are due and payable on or before the 15th day of the following month. Payments made after the 15th day of the month will not be subject to the monthly volume discounts, but will be payable at the open rate. No credit will be extended beyond 30 days. Accounts over 30 days past due will be subject to an 18% per annum service charge.



Position: Position of advertising cannot be guaranteed. However, requests will be honored whenever possible. Political and Transient Advertising: Political and transient advertising must be paid in advance.



Credit: Credit must be established to the satisfaction of the Publisher and may be withdrawn at any time.



All Advertising and editorial material subject to the approval of the Publisher, Ad Director or Editor.



Publisher reserves right to cancel any advertisement at any time.
