CENTERVILLE —
The B.V. Sodbusters 4-H club on Aug. 26 at 5 p.m. at Sharon Bluffs State Park held a brief meeting, a cookout and games. Ten members and 13 guests attended.
The club on Sept. 23 at 6 p.m. at Shelby and Breanna Thamke's farm held a meeting, a potluck and hayride. Twenty-three members and 17 guests attended.
Presentation and committee sign-up sheets were passed around.
The club plans to have a fall activity and may go to a corn maze.
Club elections were held; Jeremiah McGrann, president, Shelby Thamke, vice president, Emily Steinbach, secretary, Brenton Willier, treasurer, Annie Shondel, reporter, Garrett Moorman, recreation leader, Emily Lewis, photographer and Alyssa McElvain, historian.
The next B.V. Sodbusters club meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Oct. 28 at the ISU Extension office.
