Cincinnati, Allerton exhibitors win Beef Feeder Calf Awards given at Iowa State Fair judged Saturday

DES MOINES — Iowans from across the state were recognized for their top quality cattle in the Beef Feeder Calf show judged Saturday at the 2012 Iowa State Fair.

Johnson Angus Farm of Prole took top honors, winning Grand Champion Market Animal. The Reserve Grand Champion Banner went to Christo Cattle of Albion, Neb.

The Grand Champion Heifer and Reserve Grand Champion Heifer were shown by Bremer Show Cattle of Blakesburg.
