CENTERVILLE —
The B.V. Sodbusters 4-H club met on Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. with 26 members and eight guests present.
The American Pledge was given by Thatcher Carel and the 4-H Pledge was given by Sabrina Sands.
Under old business schedules for the New Year were handed out, the installation of officers was held and club members went through a corn maze in Knoxville.
Under new business the club collected donations for the Lords Cupboard.
Treats and drinks were provided by Cessna Stufflebeem. Presentations were given by Emily Steinbach on speech club and Sabrina Sands on her horse.
Market beef and bucket bottle plus one weigh in is Dec. 15 from 9-11 a.m. Anyone interested in Beef Carcass contest call the Extension Office. Reminder that 4-H enrollment needs to be done online before Feb. 1.
The B.V. Sodbusters met on Dec. 2 for Adopt a Family and silent auction basket shopping at Walmart. No meeting is scheduled for December. The 4-H awards banquet is set for Jan. 26 at the Moravia Nazarene Church at 6 p.m. The next meeting will be held on Jan. 27 at 7 p.m. at the Extension Office.
