CENTERVILLE —
The Dandy Doers 4-H meeting was held Nov. 11.
President Neal Caylor called to order the regular 4-H meeting at 2 p.m. at the extension office.
Roll call was conducted by Sydney Ocker. There were 18 members present and one guest.
The election of officers took place after the previous officers explained the duties of each office to the 4-H group. The 2012-13 officers for the Dandy Doers are Sydney Ocker (president), Bailey Witt (vice president), Emily Caylor (treasurer), Joe Zintz (secretary) and Brianna Carroll (reporter).
The club discussed the 4-H trip to Washington, D.C., planned their Operation Santa shopping day, Meals on Wheels service project and Christmas party.
The club will meet at Wal-Mart at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6 to purchase gifts for Operation Santa. Gifts will be wrapped at the next meeting on Sunday, Dec. 9.
Neal Caylor adjourned the meeting.
