Old spool cabinet

John Holeman refinished this spool cabinet, which he purchased at a farm sale near Numa in 1989. This type of cabinet would have held spools of thread and other sewing materials. The cabinet now sits in his home. “It was a challenge, and I got a lot of satisfaction out of seeing how it came out,” Holeman said.
