Pictured above are members of Lakeview’s AmeriCorps group who collected pop cans for two weeks as their Martin Luther King, Jr. service project. The decided to donate the $125 hey raised to the 18-80 Club to help with renovations. Each student who participated received a good citizen certificate and a one day pass to the YMCA. The group will also be rewarded with popcorn and a movie at the school.
