Lucy Dawn Keller

WEST DES MOINES — Girl: Joseph and Paige Keller of Des Moines are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Lucy Dawn Keller.

Lucy was born Aug. 31 in West Des Moines. She weighed eight pounds and 3.4 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.

Blissfully helping welcome Lucy to the world are grandparents Byron and Peggy Johnson and Ron and Sue Keller of Centerville.

Maternal great-grandparents are Etta Enright and the late Delmar Enright of Sewal and the late L. Jay and Dolores Johnson of Centerville.

Paternal great-grandparents are Max and Freda Keller of Indianola and the late Norbert and Donna Harmeyer of West Point.

Larry Sheets talks about at the state capital centered on "accepting Medicaid expansion as defined by the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), or choosing to create an Iowa specific health care program.
