CENTERVILLE —
The Board of Directors of French-Reneker-Associates, Inc., Engineers and Surveyors of Fairfield, announces the appointment of Stephen W. Hausner, PE, PLS to vice-president of the firm and Matthew P. Walker, PE to the position of chief engineer.
Hausner joined French-Reneker-Associates in 1993 as a project engineer. During his time with the firm, he has been involved with the planning, design and construction of a wide variety of projects. Prior to joining French-Reneker, Hausner worked in Kossuth and Keokuk Counties as an assistant to the county engineer in each location.
Walker joined the firm in 2008 also as a project engineer. He has also worked on a variety of projects including developments and site design, interstate rest areas, water and wastewater treatment and transportation projects. Prior to joining French-Reneker, Walker held positions with Civil Design Advantage of Grimes, and the Iowa Department of Transportation.
French-Reneker-Associates was founded by the late Donald E. French in 1952 in Kahoka, Mo. and has been located in Fairfield since 1960. The 26 person company provides engineering and surveying services in Iowa and northern Missouri. These services included planning and design of a wide range of municipal and civil engineering projects, including waterworks, streets, highways, sewers, wastewater treatment, drainage, airports and land surveying.
