OTTUMWA — Congratulations to Noelle DeVore and Seth Thomas of Centerville who were both awarded the 2009 Community 1st Credit Union scholarships in the amount of $400.
The winner of the 2009 Walter Tetmeyer $1,000 Scholarship is Preston Roberts.
