Daylight Savings ends this weekend

OTTUMWA — What are you going to do with that extra hour?

Technically, since the time change comes in the early hours of Sunday morning, most of us are probably going to be sleeping. But our bodies are creatures of habit. People will most likely wake up at about the same time as they normally do, making it feel like they have more time in the day.

So what are you going to do with it? Make breakfast? Take a long shower? Change the batteries in your smoke alarm? Make it to that service that always seems to be too early Sunday morning?

Go to our Facebook page and tell us what you plan to do with the extra time.

The Daily Iowegian will publish an Editorial Question of the Week on the Opinion page. The Iowegian wants readers to think about the Internal Revenue Service scandal. Dick Polman in an editorial wrote "the IRS' targeting of small-fry conservative groups was not a conspiratorial socialist plot. It was knuckleheaded, ill-supervised bureaucratic ineptitude." So, the question of the week is, "Do you agree or disagree with Polman's analysis of the IRS scandal?"

A. Agree
B. Disagree
C. Not sure
