Bank robbery at Pella's Midwest One Bank

Pella — On February 21, 2013, at 10:07 a.m. the Pella Police Department responded to a report of a bank robbery at Midwest One Bank, 500 Oskaloosa Street, Pella.  Witnesses reported that two armed subjects entered the bank and robbed a teller of an undetermined amount of cash.  The suspects walked away from the scene in a northwest direction.  

Both suspects are described as white males, under 6’ in height, possibly in their 20’s, and wearing hoodies and face masks.

The photographs are of the two perpetrators.  Persons in the area of the robbery, or who observed suspicious persons in the Pella area prior to or immediately following the robbery are asked to call the Pella Police Department at 641-628-4921.  

The case remains under investigation.
