Indian Hills Fall Jazz Band Concert set for Nov. 5

OTTUMWA — The Indian Hills Community College Jazz Band will present its Fall concert in St. John Auditorium on the college’s Ottumwa Campus on Monday, Nov. 5 at 7:30 p.m. The concert is free and open to the public.

Under the direction of David Sharp, the ensemble will perform an array of musical styles including big band classics and contemporary jazz literature. The ensemble will also preview some of the pop and jazz-rock tunes the band will be playing at upcoming Indian Hills Warrior basketball games.

Members of the jazz band from this area are Megan Crady, Bloomfield,  Julia Beal, Moravia and Brettany Sebolt, Moulton.
