Thompson, Thomas engaged

MOULTON — Melody Thompson, of Moulton, daughter of Larry and Jewel Thompson, of Moulton, announces her engagement to Jeff Thomas, of Coatsville, Mo., son of Ron and Mary Thomas, of Unionville, Iowa.

Melody is a 2001 graduate of Moulton-Udell High School, a 2002 graduate of Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School and a 2004 graduate of Iowa School of Beauty. She is currently employed at Cool Jewel’s in Moulton.

Jeff is a 2004 graduate of Davis County High School and a 2009 graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in mechanical engineering. He is currently employed at Ridge Top Farms.

The couple is planning a Sept. 1 ceremony at Bessie’s Barn, west of Centerville.
