The Exline Betterment Committee announces Pioneer Hi-Bred, a DuPont business, donated $1,000 toward the Exline Community Betterment Committee's current project. This grant originated with a request from David McElvain through Pioneer Community Investment. The funds will be directed toward the renovation of the outside of the building. The grant will be specifically be used for new siding, windows and doors. The Exline Community Betterment Committee's goals include improving the community for the good of all the citizens of the town of Exline and the surrounding area.
Jean Leach, vice president of the Betterment Committee, thanks Pioneer for its generous support of our project. This is Pioneer's second donation toward this project.
As the philanthropic arm of Pioneer, Community Investment makes contributions to community-based organizations on behalf of the business and employees.
