Members and guests of the Happy-Go-Luckies 4-H Club met on Dec. 13, 2009 at Adams Bowl for their Christmas party. All enjoyed bowling, eating pizza and visiting.
The Happy-Go-Luckies 4-H Club met on Jan. 10. President Casey Schmell called the meeting to order and roll call was answered by two members.
Old business was discussed including the deadline for enrollment forms to be turned in, which is Feb. 1.
New business discussed included the Awards Banquet, which is scheduled for Jan. 23 at 5 p.m. at First Baptist Church. Everyone is to bring a side dish or dessert.
Lauren Lain led the 4-H Pledge. Lain made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Schmell seconded it.
Valentine door decorations were made to be taken to Golden Age Care Center.
The date for the February meeting will be announced at a later time.
