The Daily Iowegian will publish an Editorial Question of the Week on the Opinion page.
The Iowegian wants readers to think about the presidential debates.
Well, it's October in a year where the American public will go to the polls to elect a president.
And presidential races involve debates. President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney held their first debate Wednesday night, Oct. 3 in Denver.
So, the question this week is, "If you watched the debate between Obama and Romney, in your opinion, who won?"
Go to the Daily Iowegian website, www.dailyiowegian.com, and scroll down the home page to POLL on the right hand side and cast your vote. Or call the Iowegian office at (641) 856-6336 or email the editor at iowegianeditor@mchsi.com to cast a vote.
Vote on the Question of the Week up until Wednesday, Oct. 10 at 12 p.m. The results will be published in the Thursday, Oct. 11 paper along with a new question.
Here are the results from the last poll question: "How many pancakes will you eat or did you eat Saturday during Pancake Day in Centerville?"
A. One received zero votes.
B. Two received 22 votes.
C. Three received 25 votes.
D. Four received seven votes.
E. Five received three votes.
F. More than five received eight votes.
G. I don't eat pancakes received 36 votes.
