Dear Editor,
I found my phones not working (regular and Lifeline) and as I am confined to my home, I wrote a note to give to my mail carrier to help me. I caught him at my neighbors next door and yelled. He came back, took the note, and called my friends Greta and Dave Tarbell. Dave takes care if I have something go wrong. Greta gave him the message and he informed Iowa Telecom. They came immediately and checked the service coming into the home. He went back to the office and solved the problem.
If it weren't for my mail carrier, Bruce Clark, and Greta and Dave Tarbell, who helped me and Iowa Telecom, because I was really helpless without my telephone because I cannot get out.
