Reservations for the Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet on Monday are due today. They can be made at the Chamber office or by calling 437-4102.
The Banquet will be held on Monday at The Manhattan. Social time begins at 5:30 p.m., with the meal and program following at 6 p.m. Cost is $18 per person.
The guest speaker is Terry Montgomery, Iowa Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) project administrator for the Honey Creek Resort State Park, who will reviewing the status of the park.
Also present will be representatives from Central Group Companies, the park’s new management firm.
The annual Daily Iowegian’s Citizen of the Year will be also named.
