Public Health monthly immunization clinic to be held Tuesday
Appanoose County Public Health will be offering a regular monthly immunization clinic on Tuesday, Nov. 24 from 1-4 p.m. at Assembly of God Church, 1020 E. Maple, Centerville.
Childhood immunizations available include DTap, polio, MMR, Hep. B, Hib and pneumococcal (Prevnar).
Adolescent immunizations available include Td, Tdap, Hep. B, HPV (Gardasil) and meningococcal (Menactra).
Immunizations are free to children with Medicaid, children with no health insurance and to children whose health insurance doesn’t pay for immunizations.
Please bring all immunization records with the child. Immunizations will not be given without the signature or guardian and mother’s social security number.
This clinic does not take the place of regular health exams by your doctor.
Immunizations are available for adults at the County Health Office by appointment only. Call 437-4332.
Donations will be accepted at the monthly clinic.
