Tim Moore, treasurer for the Fraternal Order Eagles Centerville Aerie No. 2675, said the Feb. 20 state president's charity auction and fundraiser raised $4,500 for the Diabetes Research Center under construction in Iowa City. "It was a good night," he said. "We had a decent turnout." Moore thanked everyone for attending the meal and auction and for the money spent.
