Marie Metcalfe, 91 of Mystic died Sunday, March 14, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville.
Marie was born Feb. 5, 1919, the daughter of Harry and Hazel (Hiter) Tague in Clarion. She graduated from Clarion High School. Marie married William Metcalfe on Dec. 26, 1937 in Mystic. He preceded her in death.
Marie is survived by a son, Kenneth Lee Metcalfe of Mystic; and grandchildren, Kerrie and Jessie. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Metcalfe; parents, Harry and Hazel Tague; and a son, William Harry Metcalfe.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 20 at Highland Cemetery with Pastor Lloyd Johnston officiating. A visitation will be held Saturday morning at the Lange Funeral Home with family present from 9-11 a.m.
