PLANO —
Jordy Kashtyn Miller, 22 days young of Plano, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 at Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago, Ill.
He was born the son of Jennifer Miller on Sept. 28, 2012 at Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa.
He is survived by: his mother, Jennifer Miller of Plano; grandparents, Dennis and Judith Miller of Plano; uncles, Al Miller of Des Moines and Dan and his wife, Keara Miller of St. Louis, Mo.; godmother's, Brigitte Walker and Sherry Jones; and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25 at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville with Brian Hargrave officiating. A private burial will follow at the Crossroads Cemetery near Plano. No visitation is planned and in lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in his name for children's books at the Seymour Community School Library.
