ROCK ISLAND, Ill. —
Larry Dwayne Exline, 69, of Rock Island, Ill. passed away Friday Jan. 11, 2013 at Trinity Medical Center in Rock Island, Ill.
Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15 at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 3030-7th Avenue, Rock Island, Ill. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16 in Mt. Ararat Cemetery, east of Centerville.
Memorials may be left to the family for a fund to be established at a later date.
Larry was born on Dec. 7, 1943 in Centerville, the son of Harold and Bea (Cambell) Exline.
Mr. Exline had been employed for more than 30 years at the former International Harvester in East Moline, Ill. before relocating with the Navistar Company in Springfield, Ohio.
Larry lived for his children, grandchildren and family. He especially loved family gatherings. He also enjoyed many good times with his friends at the Friends Circle Club in Moline, Ill. and neighborhood gatherings.
Survivors include his children, Lorraine Poirier of Arizona, Mark Martin of Utah, Larry D. Exline of Tennessee and Tiffany Cox of Indiana; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Arlene Carter of, Missouri; special cuz, Alvin Exline; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and two grandsons.
