Virginia Hunt

UNIONVILLE, Mo. — Virginia Hunt, 85, of Unionville, Mo., passed away Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012 at Putnam County Care Center in Unionville, Mo.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 4 at 11 a.m. at Playle and Jones Family Funeral Home in Unionville, Mo. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Thompson Cemetery in Unionville, Mo.

Memorials may be made to Thompson Cemetery and sent to Playle and Jones Family Funeral Home, 709 S. 27th St., Unionville, Mo.

Since Barack Obama was elected president, two significant things have occurred: The military repealed the "Dont' Ask, Don't Tell" policy allowing gays and lesbians to openly serve and just recently he publicly said he supports gay marriage.
