Youth ages 12-15 are invited to participate in a guided youth deer hunt on October 3rd-4th. Participants will be mentored on one-on-one hunts on private lands in Appanoose County and given a unique opportunity to learn about deer hunting and safe shooting skills. Firearms and ammunition will be provided for this hunt. Youth that have never hunted or have never hunted deer are strongly encouraged to apply. Space is limited. The deadline for application is September 21st.
