HONEY CREEK — Marybeth Heikes is pleased to announce her acceptance in the Midwest National Abstract Art Exhibition VIII. Two of her watercolors, “Wheels & Belts,” and “Nine Zero Four,” will be exhibited at the Garfield Park Arts Center in Indianapolis, Ind. This show is sponsored by the Southside Art League. The exhibit opens Sept. 29 and continues through Nov. 4. Heikes’ first entry depicts a close up of an Allis Chalmers hay baler, the second entry is a partial view of a Union Pacific engine. The public is invited to the opening reception Saturday, Sept. 29 held at the Garfield Parks Arts Center.
