2009 Henkle reunion held at Exline Community Center
The 37th annual Henkle reunion was held Sunday, Aug. 2, 2009 at the Exline Community Center in Exline.
The blessing was given by Larry Freeborn of Centerville and 21 relatives enjoyed a bountiful dinner at noon.
A short business meeting was held by President Stacey Brown of Seymour. Elvin and Nadine Thomasson took care of the hall rent and the year 2010 will be Kenneth and Sharon Henderson. Stacey Brown was elected 2010 president and the secretary is Judith Stills.
Since the last reunion there were two births; Isacc Benjamin Schroyer and Jack Donald Ahrens. There was one marriage; Kaylee Jo Ann Lewis and Michael Novitske married at Wilton. The two deaths were; Mikyla Jane Ehret of Montezuma and Robert Lincoln Eddy of Exline.

Berta Lee Eddy of Exline, Kenneth and Sharon Henderson, Elvin Thomasson and Larry and Ingrid Freeborn, all of Centerville, William and Leila Henkle of Montezuma, Diana, Hannah and April DeJong of New Sharon, Chris, Stacey, Maverick and Natalia Brown of Seymour, Janice Seddon of Blue Grass, Kenny and Judith Stills of New Virginia, Sharlene Taylor of Kirksville, Mo. and Danny and Earlene Whisler of Mexico, Mo.
The reunion for the year 2010 will be held the first Sunday of August at the Exline Community Center in Exline.
