Wardell is traveling to local communities this summer as part of the sixth-annual Reading Road Trip, which features an original, interactive story that is connected to the libraries’ summer reading theme. This year, Dan’s story time encourages kids to “Dream Big – Read!” complete with a special gift for every child who attended.
Effective Wednesday, Aug. 1 the Drake Public Library's new hours will be Monday- Friday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and closed on Sunday.
