11:23 p.m. Michael Lee James, 30, of Ottumwa, was driving a 2006 Chevrolet eastbound on 407th Street when he swerved to miss a deer and entered the ditch causing the vehicle to roll over landing on its wheels. Damage was estimated at $4500.
