2:06 p.m. Theft, criminal mischief and burglary were reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Street. The victim reported damage and theft to a building and materials. Damage and loss was estimated at $8,266.

5:30 p.m. Theft was reported in the 600 block of North Main Street. The victim reported theft of a power washer and electrical items valued at $540.
Jan. 16
6:05 p.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 600 block of North Park. The victim reported damage to a 2006 Jeep Liberty. Damage was estimated at $800.
Jan. 17
12:10 p.m. Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Van Buren. The victim reported $750 worth of bad checks.
3:45 p.m. An attempted burglary was reported in the 1000 block of North 18th Street. The victim reported damage to a security door. Damage was estimated at $200.
5:33 p.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of West Van Buren. The victim reported damage to a door and door jamb. Damage was estimated at $150.
6:22 p.m. Edward Lee Fowler, 47, of Cincinnati, was charged at North 18th Street and Highway 5 with stalking.
6:24 p.m. Ricky Charles Varese, 41, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with simple domestic assault. He later posted bond and was released.
6:31 p.m. A 17-year-old male juvenile was charged at the Law Center with third degree criminal mischief.
Jan. 18
5:31 p.m. Amber Marie Hovious, 32, of Centerville, was charged in the 1200 block of West Washington Street with third degree theft. She later posted bond and was released.
8:01 p.m. Kevin Wayne Eakins, 32, of Moulton, was charged in the 1200 block of East Maple Street with having an open container in a motor vehicle.
Jan. 20
7:54 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 1400 block of South 18th Street. The victim reported damage to the windshield and side window of a vehicle. Damage was estimated at $700.
