2:33 p.m. Kellie Lee Pilcher, 28, of Bloomfield, was charged at the Law Center with trespass.
March 3
12:11 p.m. Theft was reported in the 700 block of Drake Avenue. The victim reported a white Samsung Galaxy S3 cell phone valued at $299 was stolen.
March 5
8:15 a.m. Michael Joe Bails, 30, was charged at South 18th and Cottage streets with driving while barred and fifth degree theft. He was later released on his own recognizance.
5:15 p.m. John Eugene Baugher, 47, of Centerville, was charged in the 700 block of South 18th Street with two counts of second degree harassment, interference with official acts.
March 7
2:12 p.m. Carletta Mae Hysell, 52, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with making a false report. She was later released on order of the court.
