12:49 p.m. Shane Edward Needels, Jr., 24, of Mystic, was charged in the 200 block of East Second Street with failure to appear.
6:40 p.m. Tyler James Fletcher, 22, of Oskaloosa, was charged at the Law Center with possession with intent/manufacture/delivery/conspiracy.

2:53 p.m. Jacoby Delmer Ballanger, 18, of Centerville, had his pre-trial release revoked in the 900 block of South 16th Street.
7:47 p.m. Dustin Kenneth Saldana, 24, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with fourth degree criminal mischief.
10:33 p.m. Virgil Lee Shondel, Jr., 40, of Centerville, was charged in the 600 block of West Maple Street with third degree criminal mischief, two counts of interference with official acts and two counts of assault on an officer with other injuries.
