Aug. 11
Corydon Police investigated a property damage accident in the parking lot of the Great Western Bank in Corydon. A 2000 Dodge Caravan driven by Jung Ya Krome, 71, of Corydon was exiting a parking space when it struck a parked Ford pickup owned by Brian Boggs of Chariton. Damage was estimated at $250 to Krome’s can and $200 to Bogg’s truck.
Aug. 18
The Wayne County Sherriff’s Office arrested Ashley Dawn Houk, 23, of Lineville on a charge of operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop on R52 northwest of Lineville. Houk appeared before the Magistrate later in the day and was released on her own recognizance.
Aug. 20
Corydon Police arrested Thomas Jericho Tysdal, 22, of Centerville following an incident at a Corydon residence. Tysdal was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and providing false information to a public safety entity. Tysdal appeared before the Magistrate later in the day and was released on his own recognizance.
Aug. 21
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested William Charles Worley, 37, of Leon on a charge of trespassing after he was found on the property of a Lineville business during the night. Worley was released on a promise to appear.
