12:37 p.m. Floyd Robb, of Centerville, was driving a 1999 Ford when he struck a legally parked 2006 Chevrolet owned by Gene Stansberry, of Centerville, at Washington and 20th streets. Robb’s vehicle bounced off of Stansberry’s vehicle and struck a garage. Damage to Robb’s vehicle was estimated at $1,000. Damage to Stansberry’s vehicle was estimated at $500. Damage to the garage was estimated at $300. Charges against Robb were listed as pending.

12:40 p.m. Robert Wayne Brewer, 35, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with violation of a no contact order.

12:56 p.m. Rhonda Lacene Foster, 42, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with violation of a no contact order.

7:39 p.m. Jeremy Michael Price, 36, of Albia, was charged in the 100 block of North 13th Street with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
Jan. 12
4:02 p.m. Zackery Joseph Mulvaney, 24, of Exline, was charged at 18th Street and East Merion Avenue with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. He was later released on his own recognizance.
