Aug. 22

8:01 a.m. Bradley Wade Henshaw, 29, of Centerville was charged in the 24000 block of 550th Street with OWI, first offense.

Aug. 23

11:45 p.m. Robert Paul Kerchner, Jr., 52, of Rathbun was charged in the 300 block of Main Street in Rathbun with disorderly conduct.

11:45 p.m. Luciano Luigi Lloyd, 27, of Seymour was charged at the Wayne County Line on two counts of failure to appear.

Sheriff’s Office

Aug. 22

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office charged Christopher Andrew Jac­ob­son, 22, of Humeston with public intoxication following an incident at a Humeston residence. Jac­ob­son appeared before the magistrate the following day and was then turned over to the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office on a Clarke County warrant for fifth degree theft.

Aug. 23

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office charged Douglas Daniel Martin, 20, of Chariton on a Wayne County warrant for probation violation. Martin appeared before the magistrate and is currently being held in the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Aug. 24

Seymour police charged Luciano Luigi Lloyd, 27, of Numa on an Appanoose County warrant for forgery. Lloyd was turned over to an Appanoose County deputy and was transported to Centerville.
