Oct. 22

5 p.m. Fifth degree criminal mischief was reported in the 700 block of North First. The victim reported a scratch on the left side of a vehicle. Damage was estimated at $150.

Oct. 24

2:12 p.m. A hit and run was reported in the 200 block of North 12th. A witness reported that a 2000 Buick had been hit.

8:13 p.m. Delbert Large, Jr., 46, of Cincinnati was charged in the 25000 block of 210th with failure to appear. He later posted bond and was released.

9 p.m. Fifth degree theft was reported in the 700 block of East Van Buren. An employee reported a gas drive off. The gas was valued at $5.

Oct. 26

An accident was reported at 18th and State. Lacy Johnson of Centerville was driving a 2001 Chevy southbound on 18th and was turning east onto State when she struck a 2000 Oldsmobile driven by Delila Buckallew of Cincinnati, who was traveling northbound on 18th. Johnson was charged with failure to yield upon making a left turn.

12:10 p.m. An accident was reported in the 1100 block of Haynes Avenue. Shelia Clark of Centerville was driving a 2002 Chevy and was making a left turn when she was struck by Michael Pope of Beacon driving a 2004 Jeep. Clark was charged with failure to yield upon making a left turn. Damage to Pope’s vehicle was estimated at $1,000. Damage to Clark’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000.

4:40 p.m. Richard Wayne Foss, 36, of Centerville was charged in the 200 block of North 13th with public intoxication. He was later released on his own recognizance.

Oct. 27

2:08 p.m. Dakota Allyn Barger, 21, of Centerville was charged in the 200 block of West Van Buren with parole violation.

6:08 p.m. Kenneth Patrick Roberts, 29, of Moravia had his probation/parole revoked at the Law Center.

7:27 p.m. Fifth degree theft was reported in the 400 block of West Maple. An employee reported a gas drive off. The gas was valued at $34.09.

Oct. 28

1:27 a.m. Mario Salvatore Lloyd, 19, of Seymour was charged at Highway 2 and 176th with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol under age.

1:32 a.m. Theodore Johnathan, 25, of Plano was charged at Highway 2 and 175th with possession of drug paraphernalia and having an open container in a motor vehicle.

6:37 a.m. Rebecca Renee Cossolotto, 35, of Centerville was charged in the 600 block of West Maple with simple domestic assault. She was later released on her own recognizance.
