3:34 p.m. An accident was reported in the 14000 block of Highway 2. David Brian Cooper, 53, of Seymour was driving a 2005 Buick westbound on Highway 2 when he struck a deer causing $2,500 worth of damage.
Oct. 30
5:02 p.m. Sara Jo Roberts, 23, of Albia was charged at the Law Center with aiding and abetting.
Oct. 31
12:36 p.m. Waylon Dale Cole, 28, of Milton was charged at the Law Center with possession with intent to deliver/manufacture a controlled substance. He later posted bond and was released.
