Dec. 6

3:20 p.m. A theft was reported in the 800 block of South 16th Street. The victim reported that a black Mantaray Chopper bicycle worth $150 had been taken.

Dec. 10

12:50 p.m. Justin Phillip Dommer, 18, of Moravia, was charged in the 400 block of West Jackson with two counts of driving with a suspended license and was charged at the Law Center with possession of stolen property. He later posted bond and was released.

Dec. 11

2:03 p.m. Joannie Jacqueline Cave, 36, of Centerville had her parole/probation revoked at the Law Center. She later posted bond and was released.

7:11 p.m. Jack Ray Stroud, 50, of Centerville, was charged in the 1600 block of South 21st Street with serious, enhanced domestic assault. He later posted bond and was released.

10:18 p.m. Krystynah Nichole Simmons, 22, of Moulton, was charged in the 1000 block of South Main with fifth degree theft and forgery.

Dec. 11

An accident was reported at 10th and Maple Streets. John Duley was driving a 2000 Ford when he hit a patch of ice and slid into a 2001 Chevy driven by Tara Micetich that was stopped at the intersection of 10th and Maple Streets.

Dec. 12

2:24 a.m. Edward Shane Needels, Jr., 22, of Centerville was charged at Drake Avenue and Prairie with driving with a suspended license and OWI, first offense.

2:29 a.m. Amanda Ann Bowen, 21, of Centerville, was charged at Drake Avenue and Prairie with public intoxication.

Dec. 13

6:12 p.m. Jaye Anthony Schmidt, 40, of Centerville was charged in the 1900 block of Drake Avenue with simple domestic assault.
