Dec. 15 The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Darrell Duane McCarty, 50, of Lineville, on a Mercer County, Mo. warrant for distribution of a controlled substance near public housing. McCarty is being held in the Wayne County Jail pending extradition to Missouri.
Dec. 15 Corydon Police arrested David Lee Bendure, 58, of Corydon, on a Wayne County warrant for domestic abuse assault. The charge was in connection with an incident at a Corydon residence on Dec. 4. Bendure was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
