4:42 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 800 block of West Washington Street. The victim reported a potted mum, pumpkins and gourds were thrown around the yard. Damage was estimated at $15.

3:02 p.m. Benjamin Michael Palmer, 26, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with fifth degree theft.
7:32 p.m. Skyler Dustin Blumer, 18, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with having a nuisance animal.
8:38 p.m. Mark Allen Keeney, 40, of Centerville, was charged in the 400 block of East State Street with forgery, credit card forgery, third degree burglary and fourth degree theft.

3:06 a.m. Beverly Ann Brown, 47, of Centerville, was charged at the Law Center with harassment-communication.
3:54 a.m. Justin Lee Cole, 21, of Centerville, was charged in the 1100 block of East Cross Street with willful injury.
