5:56 p.m. Quentin Nathaniel Queen, 23, of Centerville, was charged in the 900 block of East Maple with manufacturing/delivery/possession with intent to conspire, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
3:04 p.m. Kelsey Wagner, of Exline, was driving a 1995 Dodge south on North 12th. While making a left turn, the driver lost control of the vehicle and gained excessive speed. It collided with a legally parked 2007 Saturn owned by Julie Pribyl. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at $3,000. Wagner was charged with failure to maintain control.
