1:46 p.m. Jeremy Lee Davis, 31, of Moravia, was arrested at 18th Street and East Cottage Street with revocation of pre-trial release and probation/parole revocation.

6:45 a.m. Erica Nicole Daniels, 34, of Moulton, driving a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am westbound on Highway 2 when she struck a deer in the roadway. The damage was estimated at $2,500.
10:17 a.m. Lorrie Ann Mathews, 47, of Centerville, was driving a 2000 Dodge Durango eastbound on 100th Ave. The vehicle slid on a snow covered road through the intersection struck a street sign, passed through a fence and came to a rest against a tree. Mathews was listed as injured and taken to Wayne County Hospital. Damage to the Mathews vehicle was estimated at $3,500. Damage to the street sign, owned by Appanoose County, was estimated at $150. Damage to the fence, owned by Gregory James Lowe, was estimated at $150.
2:45 p.m. Kenneth Laverne Mathes, 61, of Exline was charged at 218 West Wall Street with animal neglect.
3:09 p.m. Elizabeth Margaret McNamar, 63, of Drakesville was arrested at the Law Center with fifth degree theft.
