6:22 p.m. Edward Lee Fowler, 47, of Cincinnati, was charged at North 18th Street and Highway 5 with first degree harassment and reckless driving.

12:48 a.m. Seth Christopher Widmar, 21, of Centerville, was driving a 2005 Volkswagon eastbound on Highway J46 when a deer entered the roadway from the north. Widmar said he swerved the vehicle to miss the deer which hit the driver’s side of the vehicle. The vehicle drove into the south ditch hitting a No Passing Zone sign and re-entered the roadway before coming to a stop. Damage to Widmar’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Widmar was charged with failure to maintain control.
